To kick off Season 2, we are incredibly excited to welcome two prominent gratitude enthusiasts onto the show who are passionate about spreading the benefits of gratitudewith the world and...who have the science to back up all of their claims. 

As medical doctors, Farhana Sadek and Liam Smith have seen growing numbers of patients with stress, anxiety and depression over the years, now exacerbated further by the pandemic. Their own stress levels were increasing too. To help, they started practising gratitude, and encouraged family, friends and patients to join them. 

What’s more? They decided to do something to help others better connect with their gratitude, so created an app called Gratitube, which is a video gratitude journal to help make practising gratitude easy, convenient and fun.

In this conversation, Move with Gratitude host Mark White and Farhana & Liam go over key research that has long pointed to the long-term benefits of gratitude practice on our mental health, personal tips and tricks on how to kickstart a consistent gratitude practice, and how they hope for the Gratitube app to help individuals around the world connect better with their gratitude.
