We are really excited to be continuing the conversation with Jess Robson, who is the driving force behind Run Talk Run, a global mental health support community that uses running as a means to facilitate peer support.

Having started a weekly run in central London in 2017, Run Talk Run now hosts over 160 support groups globally, to move and talk about "the heavy stuff". Jess is an advocate for making running less intimidating - without care for pace, without care for PBs - she believes running can simply be a means to connect with our peers and normalise talking about mental health.

In this episode, Move with Gratitude host Mark White and Jess discuss the low points in her life, struggling with bulimia, depression and anxiety since her teenage years. It’s only through the community and connection she found in running that she's been able to manage her mental health in a way that works. Running has played such a huge role in Jess' life - from acting as her therapeutic outlet to connecting her to like-minded mental health advocates around the world.
